Pricing

New weight loss patients:  $100
Each new weight loss patient will receive a month of Adipex and a  B-12 injection.  

Return weight loss patients:  $85
Return weight loss patients will receive a month of Adipex and a monthly B-12 injection.

Lipotropic Shot:  $20 each or 4 for $45

B12 SHOT: $15 each or 4 for $45

Lipotropic and B12 shots may be administered in the clinic or may be taken home by the patient with education on proper use and disposal.

New weight loss patients are seen by appointment only. Return weight loss patients are seen on a walk-in basis from 9 to 1 and from 2 to 4 Monday through Friday. Qsymia, Contrave, Wegovy, Saxenda require a doctor visit.
